What is the difference between am EVA sole and a PVC sole?

'EVA' is the abbreviation for 'Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer'. EVA is one of the quality soling products that we use to manufacture our slippers. The EVA sole has been used in the slippers manufacturing industry now for many years and it has withstood the test of time. It offers excellent comfort and flexibility for the slipper wearer and it is extremely tough and durable with the advantage of being lightweight.  Normally, EVA soles are used for hotel and spa slippers since the sole is less expensive and tends to be used for slippers that are considered disposable.

'PVC'  is the abbreviation for 'Polyvinyl chloride'.  A PVC sole is more durable and substantial when compared to an EVA sole. The PVC sole is used or slippers that will be used more frequently than EVA slippers.  The PVC sole is heavier than the EVA sole and also is more expensive to manufacture and ship. 

What sizes are available? 

The slippers with the EVA soles are One Size Fits All (OSFA).

The slippers with the PVC soles are sized separately for men and women.  We only sell one size for each gender.  The Mens Slippers are  Mens size range 10 - 12.  The Womens Slippers are Womens size range 7 - 9.

If you want to order custom sizes or custom soles, the minimum order is 1,000 pairs.  No set-up charges.

Can you manufacture colored slippers?

Our slippers are manufactured in China.  If you order 500+ pairs, we can color match the slipper fabric to a specific Pantone color number.  Please indicate the Pantone color number (PMS number) when sending your specifications for the design.  Custom colored slippers are more expensive than white colored slippers.  We will provide a FREE quotation for the order. 

Can we order blank slippers?

Yes. All slippers are available blank.  The minimum order is 50 pairs.  Most orders for blank slippers are shiped within 24 hours.  Rush orders are available, please email a request for the estimated charges.

How do we send our logo?

We can accept a .jpg, .gif or .ai formatted files of your logo.  Just email the logo to us along with the item number for the slippers you would like to order.  You should also include any design specifications.  If you want us to color match the logo, please provide the Pantone color numbers (PMS numbers) for the logo colors.  We do charge extra for color-matching.

Please note that the embroidery area is 2.5" tall and 3" wide.  That means some features of your logo might be lost when reducing the logo for embroidery.  Please alter/revise your logo or artwork to be easily visible at that embroidered size.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Blank Slippers:  For blank slippers, please refer to our Products Page.  The minimum order is 50 pairs.

Embroidered Open Toe Slippers with the Velcro Closure:  We can domestically embroider the PVC slippers with the Velcro closure.  The minimum order is 25 pairs.  The set-up charge of $100 is waived if you order 100+ pairs.  Our quote includes 5,000 embroidered stitches per slipper.

Embroidered Closed Toe and Open Toe Slippers (no Velcro closure):  The minimum order for EVA embroidered logo slippers is 500 pairs  The minimum order for PVC embroidered logo slippers is 300 pairs .  Our quote includes 5,000 embroidered stitches per slipper.  All embroidery for open toe and closed toe slippers is done at the factory in China.  We maintain a domestic inventory of blank slippers.

Do we approve the embroidery before production?

Yes.  We embroider your logo or slogan onto a swatch of fabric.  We then email you a picture of the embroidery for approval.  Once approved, we can start production.  It takes 3 - 5 days for us to embroider the swatch and send you an image for approval.

Are there set-up charges?

There are no set-up charges for custom embroidery since all embroidery is done at the factory in China. 

However, we can embroider the slippers with the Velcro closure domestically if you want a small quantity (25+ pairs).  The local embroidery company charges $100 for set-up (this charge is waived if you order 100+ pairs).  Of course you can buy blank Velcro slippers and get them embroidered by a company closer to you location.

How long is the Production Time?

Blank Slippers:  Most blank orders ship within 24 hours.  Rush orders are available please call for charges. 
Velcro Logo Slippers:  We can embroider these slippers domestically.  Therefore, we can ship after the embroidery is finished.

Open Toe and Closed Toe Logo Slippers:  The embroidered logo slippers are manufactured in China.  They have a lead time of 70 days for delivery after approval of the embroidery. 

Returns & Claims

All returned orders after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All claims for defective or misprinted merchandise must be made within 15 days of invoice date.  Failure to do so will void all claims.

Shipping Information

EVA Slippers are lighter than PVC slippers.  EVA Slippers are packed 100 pieces per box.  Each box weighs about 20 pounds.  PVC Slippers are heavier than EVA Slippers.  PVC Slippers are packed 50 pieces per box.  Each box weighs about 35 pounds.  Shipments are usually FOB Boca Raton, FL.
